Some people who do the 3-day Military Diet lose 5 kilos in 3 days. Military diet are used by soldiers to reduce weight especially that they need to be fit in all actions they do.

They cannot be that person who has heavy body and has low energy to join some activity. Running, as well, is very important to soldiers, so being fit is really a massive benefit to them.

If you think that you need this kind of diet, well, you can definitely do it for yourself. The longer you proceed with the diet, the chances of reducing weight is high.

Since most people are conscious with their body, this would really help you lessen your tummy, lose weight, and boost your confidence.

The military diet is composed of selected food that may or may not have substitute. Follow them accordingly to get the best result.

For your first day:

1. Breakfast:

1 slice of Wholegrain toast with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. If you are allergic with peanut you can change the peanut butter to soy butter, pumpkin butter, sunflower seed butter, or bean dip.
1/2 Grapefruit.
1 cup of coffee or tea (no sugar).

2. Lunch:

A slice of whole grain toast --- no more peanut butter or any butter this time.
1/2 cup of Tuna.
1 cup of coffee or tea (no sugar).

3. Dinner:

3-Oz (85 grams) serving of any meat
1 cup of green beans.
1 small apple.
1/2 banana.
1 cup Vanilla ice cream.

During your 2nd day:

1. Breakfast:

1 slice of toast --- whole grain.
1 hard-boiled egg.
1/2 banana.

2. Lunch:

1 hard-boiled egg.
A cup of cottage cheese.
5 saltine crackers.

3. Dinner:

2 hot dogs without bun.
1/2 cup of carrots and 1/2 cup of broccoli.
½ banana.
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

The third day, food contains 1000 calories:

1. Breakfast:

1 slice of cheddar cheese.
5 saltine crackers.
A small apple.

2. Lunch:

1 slice of toast.
One egg (hard boiled or cooked according to your likes)

3. Dinner:

A cup of tuna.
1/2 banana.
1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

If you love drinking coffee, you may drink but make sure not to add sugar.

Slowly and slowly after done with the three days of Military diet, if you wish to continue, you may repeat the process from Day 1. To make  it more effective, lower your food intake with just 1500 calories, for girls it should be 1200 calories food intake.

These are the food you can take during the 3-day military diet: Whole Wheat Toast, Cottage/Cheddar Cheese, Grapefruit, Apples and Bananas, Eggs, Tuna Fish (Meat of any kind), Green Beans, Broccoli, Carrots, Peanut butter, Vanilla Ice Cream, Black Coffee (without sugar or cream); Stevia is allowed, and Saltine Crackers.

Food that needs to be taken out are: Whole grains, legumes or beans, Fruits or vegetables other than those allowed on the plan, Added fats, such as Butter, Ghee or Oil, All sweeteners that contain calories, All condiments or beverages that contain calories.

The good thing about this healthy Military Diet is you may not go starving since eating more than 1000 calories per day so the starving mode won't be turned on. 1000 calories might happen but it would be available either the first 3 days or the third day of the diet.
