Six individuals were harmed, two of them were in critical condition, after a presumed blast and ensuing flame devastated a shop.

Police announced a noteworthy occurrence after the impact in a road in Leicester on Sunday night.

Video taken at the scene demonstrated blazes surging into the night sky as the fire immersed what is accepted to be a comfort store.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said at around 7:03 PM it got calls from people in general who said they had heard an impact on Hinckley Road.
